Singer Industrial has teamed up with Fluid Tech Hydraulics (FTH), a leading distributor/service provider in the hydraulic industry. FTH is headquartered in Sacramento, CA, and will operate within the Fluid Power Division of Singer Industrial.
Singer Industrial has teamed up with MEP Brothers Inc., a leader in industrial and hydraulic hose, gaskets, and environmental spill response products. MEP Brothers is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and will operate within the Industrial Rubber Division of Singer Industrial.
Singer Industrial, a growth-oriented independent distributor with a large North American footprint, is joining AD’s Bearings & Power Transmission Division effective May 1.
Summers Rubber, a Singer Industrial Company, announced on May 1st, that they have opened a new location in Columbus, Ohio to better meet the needs of their customers. With this addition, Summers Rubber will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 100+ locations with over 1,400 employees.
Dakota Fluid Power, a Singer Industrial Company, announced on February 1st, 2024 that they have opened a new storefront in the Council Bluffs, Iowa area to better meet the needs of their customers. With this addition, Dakota Fluid Power will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 100+ locations with over 1,400 employees.
On January 31, 2024, Singer Industrial joined forces with Hose Tech USA. Hose Tech USA will operate within the Industrial Rubber Division of Singer Industrial and, with this addition, will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to over 100 locations with more than 1,400 employees. Hose Tech USA will assist Singer Industrial in expanding their customer value proposition by increasing their on-site hose repair presence.
Dakota Fluid Power, a Singer Industrial Company, announced on January 15, 2024 that they have opened a new storefront in the Shakopee, Minnesota area, a suburb of Minneapolis, to better meet the needs of their customers. With this addition, Dakota Fluid Power will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 100+ locations with over 1,400 employees.
On December 20, 2023, Singer Industrial joined forces with HOSER Inc. HOSER Inc. will operate within the Industrial Rubber Division of Singer Industrial and, with this addition, will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 100 locations with over 1,400 employees. HOSER Inc. was Singer Industrial’s 10th acquisition in 2023.

Ray Lewis & Co. will operate within the Industrial Rubber Division of Singer Industrial and, with this addition, will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to over 90 locations with more than 1,300 employees.
On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Singer Industrial joined forces with Hotsy Equipment of Colorado and Wyoming headquartered in Greeley, CO. Hotsy CO/WY will operate within the Watts Steam Store Division of Singer Industrial and, with this addition, will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 90+ locations with over 1,300 employees.
On October 31st, 2023, Singer Industrial joined forces with Viking Hose and Fittings, headquartered in Randleman, NC. Viking Hose and Fittings will operate within the Catawba Rubber Division of Singer Industrial and, with this addition, will increase Singer Industrial’s North America footprint to approximately 90+ locations with over 1,300 employees.
