Pete has over 25 years of industrial experience. Pete served in a number of roles with the Gates Corporation including Director of Gates Performance Systems. He also held the role of VP of Global Sales for a division of Fenner PLC. While at Singer Industrial, Pete has held a number of roles including, GM of two of the platform businesses, leading Marketing activities, expansion of acquisition activities, and most recently President of Singer Industrial.
Chris has over 25 years of Operations and Acquisition Integration experience. Chris has held a number of roles at Lewis-Goetz & Company including Director of Operations. He also held the role of Business Integration Manager. While at Singer Industrial, Chris has held the Vice President role at our Hose & Rubber Division and most recently Chief Operating Officer for Singer Industrial. Chris is involved in the due diligence process of acquisition and also the post-acquisition process.
Mark has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has held Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership roles across industrial distribution and manufacturing organizations, leading strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational improvements. As Chief Financial Officer at Singer Industrial, Mark oversees the company's financial strategy, capital planning, and corporate development efforts, helping support Singer's continued growth across North America.
Natalie has over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, with expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has held senior HR leadership roles supporting high-growth organizations and building people-focused cultures. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Singer Industrial, Natalie leads the company's human resources strategy, supporting talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth across the Singer Industrial family of companies
Sam has over 25 years of industrial distribution experience. Prior to joining Singer Industrial, Sam served as Director of North America for the Industrial Hose and Hydraulics Business Unit at Veyance Technologies. Since joining Singer Industrial, he has held executive leadership roles, leading the growth of the Industrial Rubber Division through strategic acquisitions, operational excellence, and customer-focused expansion. Sam also serves as a past President of NAHAD, the Association for Hose and Hose Accessories Distribution, reflecting his longstanding commitment to advancing the industrial hose industry.
Tracy has over 25 years of experience in the fluid power industry. Prior to joining Singer Industrial, Tracy was the owner and President of a successful fluid power distribution business, which became part of Singer Industrial through acquisition. Following the acquisition, Tracy joined Singer and now serves as President of the Fluid Power Division, leading the strategic growth of the business through operational excellence, customer-focused solutions, and acquisition integration.
